A Great End To A Great Year

The 2015 'World War Graves' project on the front page of local newspapers on Christmas day has made all the members of Midland Film and Art very proud. The war graves project still needs all the community assistance it can get and couldn't have asked for better publicity being on the front cover of the Halesowen News.

It is the icing on the cake of our first year as a club and we wish to thanks everyone this year for their support. We are very much looking forward to working with local artists, filmmakers, musicians and more in 2015. We hope to create some amazing projects to support creative individuals in the West Midlands area so if you want to become a member of MFFA then feel free to contact us.

If you have any information related to Cradley’s WW1 and WW2 military graves and memorials inscriptions please contact us on 07792 192616 or email us at info@mfaa.co.uk

Midland Film and Art

Midland Film and Art is a membership club where people can enjoy screenings of films or view artwork and crafts that would otherwise not be shown in mainstream cinemas or exhibitions, or be available locally. These shows usually have an educational aim, introducing new audiences to different audiovisual works through screening and display, encouraging participation in arts and crafts. A common feature that may characterize a Midland Film and Art meeting is that they either begin with an introduction to the audience and/or end with the promotion of a discussion about the film/art, where assistants, organizers and sometimes the filmmakers/artists themselves, exchange their views.
