Gill's Day Trip to London

The Art Yard's regular visitor Gill Martin was welcomed during her visit to the National Portrait Gallery by Clementine Williamson the NPG's Exhibitions Manager. 86 year old Gill was invited the visit the gallery to see the prize winning portrait of her entitled 'Memories' painted by resident artist, Martyn Harris.
The portrait is one of only 46 portraits selected from 62 world-wide countries to be shown during the Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer awards exhibition 2025.
Accompanying Gill on the journey were Martyn Harris and Harold Bloomer
