The Viva Musica Choir

MFAA has been contacted by John Gripton, Chairman, The Viva Musica Choir and asked to record 2 songs that the choir will performance at its Last Night of the Proms concert taking place at Dudley Town Hall in October 2015. The choir would like to upload the movies to their website in order to promote their activities and showcase their expertise.

Although the choir was formed in Pedmore some 25 years ago they have no official constitution and members to raise all choir funds through personal donations, weekly subs and concert performances. MFAA are helping the choir to write a constitution that its members can agree and to liaise with Dudley Community Voluntary Services.

In addition, Viva Musica Choir volunteers do excellent work in the community with local alzheimers patients and deliver singing therapies to help the well being of both patients and carers.
